Salamanca will need more than 1.000 computer scientists in the next year

The students who graduate in the two universities are not enough to cover the demand.

The technological sector is one of the least affected by unemployment, as demonstrated by the demand for these professionals in the sector. As we read in the report published in the El Día de Salamanca (The Day of Salamanca), those in charge of technology companies in Salamanca, assure that “we find ourselves in a true industrial revolution in which technology has an important role and is relevant in all sectors”.

Qualified professionals are required constantly, and on many occasions, workers in the technological sector “hack out their path”, the report assures that this makes our companies less competitive.
