BISITE, the AIR Institute and the University of Caldas organise the international conference on Smart Cities SSCt2023
We continue to work on the organisation of the Sustainable Smart Cities and Territories International Conference (SSCt), an event organised by the BISITE Research Group, AIR Institute, the IoT Digital Innovation Hub and the University of Caldas (Colombia), which will host this year’s conference.
SMARTSEA: project closure and graduation of the students from the first ever MSc on Smart Maritime & Surveying Systems
A few weeks ago students of the Msc on Smart Maritime & Surveying Systems from the SMARTSEA project completed an important stage in their professional development at the graduation of the first ever master’s degree in the smart maritime sector.
Yesterday’s conference on “Intelligence for an accelerated revolution” was delivered by Juan Manuel Corchado, director of the BISITE Research Group and president of the AIR Institute.
Researchers from the IoTalentum project held the network meeting (NM4), organised at Aalborg University, Copenhagen. The purpose of the meeting was to assess the progress of the project and determine whether the proposed objectives are being met.
Sebastián López joins BISITE with a Marie Skłodowska-Curie doctoral fellowship from the IoTalentum project
Sebastián López Flórez, joins the BISITE Research Group to carry out his doctoral thesis as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow. During his stay he will fulfill one of the objectives of the IoTalentum project, in which Juan Manuel Corchado, director of the BISITE group, participates as a member of the board of supervisors.
ICE and AIR Institute organise conferences on innovation and cybersecurity as part of the Centr@tec Programme
The Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICE) in collaboration with Air Institute are organising several activities within the framework of the Centr@Tec Programme for SMEs, startups and entrepreneurs attending the 8th Startup Olé event in Salamanca.
The IoTalentum project in which the BISITE Research Group participates continues to achieve its objectives. The project is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Horizon 2020 European Training Network on the Internet of Things.
“Community Day: Cybersecurity in Industry 5.0” took place today, organized by the IoT Digital Innovation Hub in the framework of the DIH World project. An opportunity for companies, government organizations, universities and students to come together and learn about the key aspects of cybersecurity, the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 5.0.
