In recent years, the energy sector has been subject to many controversies among citizens. The price of “light” and the excess contamination caused by non-renewable energy sources are the themes of never-ending public debates. Researchers in this field work on creating systems that reduce expenses and contamination through the increased use of renewable energies.
Today I had the pleasure of presenting at enerTIC part of the work we do at the BISITE (Digital Innovation Hub) research group, in the field of safe electrical distribution systems.
When it comes to the topic of energy, we tend to hear a lot about generation resources, distribution, sale and above all the rising prices charged by electricity companies.
