Due to the current health crisis, a large part of our daily tasks are now done online; we work from home, make transactions online and do many other activities online. However, this puts our security on the Internet at a greater risk.
Once more, we are very proud of Manuel Pérez, a member of our research group. He has participated in Cyber Shield 2019 in Ankara Turkey, an international event organized by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority in Turkey (ICTA).
Attending the “CYBER SECURITY WEEK 2019” has been a great experience for me. I have been able to work with international experts from different law enforcement agencies and top level research centres. At the event I have learned a great deal about advances in this field.
Zakieh Alizadeh-Sani joined our research group recently. She is from Iran and holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and will now pursue a master’s degree at the University of Salamanca.
