San Esteban de la Sierra celebrates the second Wine Tourism Fair. On this occasion, the Director of the BISITE Research Group and President of AIR Institute, Juan Manuel Corchado Rodríguez, will give a talk on “Industry 5.0: Scary Advances in Artificial Intelligence”.

At AIR Institute and the IoT Digital Innovation Hub we are involved in several smart agriculture projects, an example of which is Expand IntelWines, in which we developed and implemented new artificial intelligence techniques in a winery’s production process to support decision making and improve food safety. Corchado will present the advances in artificial intelligence in this field at the Wine Tourism Fair, based on the different projects in which we participate.
