The International Fair of Innovation and Technology at the Service of Care (FITECU), organized by the Cluster Innovative Solutions for Independent Living (SIVI), will be held from 23 to 25 February in Villardeciervos, Zamora. Juan Manuel Corchado will attend as president of the AIR Institute, an entity attached to the SIVI cluster.
FITECU seeks to give visibility to social innovation supported by the design, development and application of innovative technological solutions. Experts from all over the world will present their advances at this event, thanks to which, and to their knowledge, they add something essential to social progress: sensitivity.
The fair is part of the Push HUB SIVI Program, which is supported by the Ministry of Family and Equality of the Regional Government of Castilla y León and the Cluster of Innovative Solutions for Independent Living. FITECU’s mission is to address the latest trends in social innovation and cutting-edge technology applied to the care sector.
FITECU will address the following topics:
- Social innovation as a way to develop the territorial ecosystem.
- Supporting technologies to facilitate the sector’s evolution and competitive improvement.
- New models of long-term care.
- Tackling unwanted loneliness.
- Care in the community as the person’s natural setting.
- Sustainability and demographic challenge.
