Juan Manuel Corchado participates in an educational workshop at Colegio San Agustín in Salamanca

We have participated in an educational workshop ” Teaching by Educating” at Colegio San Agustín in Salamanca. The objective of the event was to provide guidance to secondary school students in the choice of a future career, considering the circumstances of the world they live in. All years participated, including Final Year students.

Juan Manuel Corchado, director of the BISITE Research Group and president of the AIR Institute, gave a lecture on the current state of Artificial Intelligence, IoT and Blockchain.

We have more than 20 years of experience in the development of both national and international technological projects. We are therefore very aware of the need for professionals in these areas for the development of our country. Given this potential, young people must be aware of all that they can achieve if they are prepared for what the future holds.

A big thank you to the board of Colegio San Agustín for inviting me and I congratulate you for such a valuable initiative.

Juan Manuel Corchado

Full Professor in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Department of Computer Science and Automation, University of Salamanca, Spain.
