The BISITE Group is part of the QFORTE project, an ambitious initiative promoted by the Erasmus + Program of the European Union, coordinated by the State University of Moldova and hosted, this year, by our research group. The purpose of the project is the study and research into means of improving quality in higher education institutions.
We had the opportunity to organize a study visit in Salamanca where several lectures were given on the topic of quality in higher education. During the event I presented “Quality Assurance in Technological Transfer from Universities” based on the work of BISITE, IoT Digital Innovation Hub and DIGIS3.

We discussed the sustainable development goals that may be achieved through digital transformation and artificial intelligence, as well as various guidelines for fostering innovation through different pathways such as the Playbook methodology.
In addition, the five phases of strategic innovation planning within the Playbook methodology, were discussed and elaborated on: perspective, opportunity, solution, team and vision.
