Cutting-edge technology for intelligent buildings and neighbourhoods

It is challenging to centralize and provide services optimally as well as create energetically self-sufficient buildings, especially if this is done at extremely competitive prices.

Cutting-edge engineering and technology make it possible to implement a unique model that is an international benchmark, especially in countries that need to develop urban areas of high quality, quickly and efficiently.

Optimizing the construction of intelligent buildings is a challenge, and Barcelona Housing Systems (BHS) has achieved it. César and his team have teamed up with the world’s largest building materials company China National Building Material Group Corporation (CNBM) and have opened a branch in Toro (Zamora).

The aim of BHS is to invest in ecological, affordable buildings with shorter construction times and higher quality. Intelligent buildings are currently dominating the market. The incorporation of disruptive technologies for automation or domotics, energy efficiency, safety and comfort, are all essential parts of intelligent buildings for the creation of sustainable smart city communities.

Working with BHS is a constant source of inspiration for us, and their challenges are our challenges.
