AmITIC Conferences at the Technological University of Panama

Last week I had the opportunity to participate as a guest speaker in the 2nd Cycle of AmITIC Conferences 2020, organized by the Emerging Computer Technologies Research Group (GITCE-UTP) and the Faculty of Computer Systems Engineering at the Technological University of Panama (UTP) in Chiriqui, Panama. These conferences seek to promote the exchange of knowledge about Information Technology (IT).

The event was attended by specialists from Colombia, Bolivia, Argentina, Panama and Spain, including special guest Dr. Clifton Clunie, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Systems Engineering at the UTP.

The theme of the conference revolved around research into Artificial Intelligence (AI), Software Architectures, Computer Security, the Internet of Things (IoT), the application of intelligent models in complex problems, Cyber Operations, strategies, data security, and more.

This has been a great opportunity to share ideas and learn about the development of these technologies across the globe.
