AIR Institute develops Artificial Intelligence to learn about COVID-19

I’m very proud of the work done by AIR Institute. The researchers at AIR are creating an application that will predict the evolution of Coronavirus by means of a series of implemented Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence techniques. These technologies will make it possible to achieve greater accuracy in the data obtained on the spread of the disease in different geographical zones.

This is an international project that is going to have great outreach. The factors that contribute to the spread of COVID-19 will be identified and data will be collected for analysis and prediction of its evolution. This information will help health authorities and organizations take timely decisions that will not only limit the spread of the disease but will also prevent future epidemics.

Artificial intelligence will play a key role in the creation of models. Blockchain, in turn, will offer security in verifying digital identities and it will also enable the issuing of digital permits which will substitute the current, paper permits granted by the authorities to the people that must continue working or do any other justifiable activity.

This initiative is and will definitely continue to render great results.
