Ireland has changed radically and seems to have learned from the crisis it has suffered. I have had the opportunity to see how the country promotes the development of science parks, business parks, innovation units, libraries, universities and, I believe, it sets an example to follow.
Over the last days at Trinity College Dublin, we have been analysed global policies for business acceleration and for the attraction of technologically significant companies, and I believe that Spain has much room for improvement in this respect.
We have the human resources we need, if we develop good strategies we will be able to get to the very top.
