The Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized many sectors, agriculture is one of them. There are many companies and entrepreneurs who have seen the potential of implementing technology in agriculture. They have invested into the implementation of sensors that monitor and collect data from agricultural activities, such as irrigation, crop cultivation and livestock feeding.

As a research group, our goal is to search for innovative ideas and crystalize them by means of new technologies. We are working on a project that allows for the collection of data through gas, temperature and humidity sensors, enabling farmers to monitor and control indoor storage conditions.

Likewise, we have designed a platform that enables the user to visualise and manage notifications in real time, these include reminders of particular data collections which help optimize different agricultural processes. One of the most important elements of the project is that it uses intelligent algorithms that control, model, predict and facilitate preventive maintenance.

This tool improves the economies of scale and automates the management of feed stocks, taking into account orders, prices and specific needs.

At the BISITE Group we strive to give technological solutions to different problems and change the way things are done.
