I was delighted to attend the Global IoT Summit 2019 where I was able to learn about the most disruptive advances in technology that will undoubtedly improve and revolutionize our lives, the 5G.
Broadly speaking, 5G will provide us with larger bandwidth and a much faster network speed than today, allowing for quick response time on the network and less power consumption. The direct result of this will be a smoother 8K resolution and lower latency, features necessary for automated driving and other safety-related issues.
5G technology is closely linked with the Internet of Things (IoT), as it facilitates the ultra-connected world pursued by IoT. For us, it is already a fundamental element of the innovation processes in some of our projects.
I take this opportunity to invite you to enrol in the Master’s Degree in the Internet of Things offered by the University of Salamanca. The degree is organized in collaboration with our Research Group BISITE.
