The town of Toro, Zamora, will have the largest industrial complex of China National Building Materials (CNBM) in Spain.

The world’s largest building materials manufacturing group (CNBM) will work together with its subsidiary, China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CTIEC) and with Barcelona Housing Systems (BHS) on the development of the project.

With this initiative they intend to create housing adapted to smart cities, with high energy efficiency and cutting-edge technology for national and European buildings.

In the last great congress of Smart Cities, I had the opportunity to meet with the representatives of BHS, and learn about the progress of the current projects in Spain.
