I would like to congratulate one of the BISITE members, Alfonso González Briones who received the second prize sponsored by Sensors, I SENSORS+CIRTI Award for the best national thesis on Smart Cities at the Conference of the Spanish Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAEPIA), which had been held in Granada in October.
We have been fortunate enough to have Professor Oshima and his colleagues visit our group. We’ve been working with them on interesting research projects that employ novel technology for indoor positioning.
Congratulations to all those that have recently been awarded the National Computer Science Award. The purpose of these awards is to recognize the contribution of individual researchers, as well as public and private entities, to the field of computer science. They honour those who dedicate their time to the study, strengthening and disseminating knowledge of this scientific-technical discipline and are awarded by the computer science community and the Spanish Computer Science Society (SCIE).
The Dream Go project continues to make progress. Different countries, including USA, Germany, Portugal and Spain, have developed numerous systems as part of this project and we are already working on integrating them.
Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain have never been related to “project administration” so closely. Efficient Project management is fundamental for the management of business in public and private entities, especially if they are large infrastructures.
Data processing is becoming increasingly intelligent. Lately, we have had the opportunity to participate in some of the events at which different platforms were presented. At those events, we could test the potential of Global Intelligence, our platform for intelligent information, data and knowledge processing.
