Our BISITE Grupo participated in the Local Hack Day, which took place on the 1st of December and was organized by the Association of Computing Machines (ACM) of the University of Salamanca. This is a worldwide hackathon that gathers many ideas, projects and a lot of imagination.

It is the first time that the event took place in Salamanca, the same event was held on the same day in more than 230 cities all over the world, allowing attendees to exchange ideas and to work together on the development of a project within a limited amount of time.

During the event, some of our colleagues presented several of the projects we are working on. We also used this time to tell them about our activities and the opportunities they would have from becoming part of our group.

It is a very valuable workshop in which many other companies and associations have participated, including Viewnext, Plain Concepts, CajaMakerSpace , the Delegation of Students form the Faculty of Sciences, ABSAL. We have enjoyed the talks, demonstration and the ingenuity of the hackathon participants.
