In recent years, the energy sector has been subject to many controversies among citizens. The price of “light” and the excess contamination caused by non-renewable energy sources are the themes of never-ending public debates. Researchers in this field work on creating systems that reduce expenses and contamination through the increased use of renewable energies.
The artificial intelligence shown in old science fiction movies is rapidly converting into a reality, a process that has started a few years ago. Machines can already reason and perform tasks that closely imitate human behaviour. One of the priorities of the researchers at BISITE is to work for the autonomy and connection of electronic devices.
