The technological revolution has, over the last few years, converted 3D printers into tools that are used on a daily basis. They have become very important for the creation of low cost objects. Users discover new functionalities of 3D printers every day, as a result there is continuous progress in the quality of the printed products. Considering these facts, it is essential that we provide specific training in this area.

3D printing is used in a wide range of disciplines, as a result graduates with skills in design and 3D printing will have many job opportunities. The technical needs of companies make it necessary to employ professionals specialized in design and 3D printing, this fact implies demand for new professional profiles in the labor market.

The importance of 3D printing in the technological revolution is becoming enormous, not only in the manufacture of final products, but also because small parts can be created and added to different devices rapidly.  Thus, 3D printing provides great possibilities in the design and repair of technological devices.

Medical science is one of the areas for which the development of this technology is fundamental. The creation of cheaper and faster medical prostheses with better materials has improved the lives of many people and will continue to do so.

3D printing knowledge and skills are required of certain professionals; we want to prepare those professionals so that they can be fully capable of fulfilling their work.  For this reason, we offer the Master in 3D Design and Printing which we know will open the doors of graduates to a future full of possibilities
