The 16th edition of PAAMS in Toledo is an international forum for research on multi-agent agents and systems.

Every year I attend the International Conference on Practical Applications of Agents and Multi-Agent Systems and this was no different. The 16th edition was held in the beautiful city of Toledo with more than 300 participants.

A conference that provides an international forum to present and discuss the latest scientific developments and their effective applications, to assess the impact of the approach and to facilitate technology transfer in the field of agent and multi-agent systems. PAAMS started as a local initiative but has since grown to become the annual international platform for presenting, discussing and disseminating the latest developments and most important results related to real-world applications. Every year, it is a unique opportunity for multidisciplinary, academic and professional experts to exchange their experiences in the development and deployment of Multi-Agent Agents and Systems.

I have seen great works and great ideas that undoubtedly contribute to research in this field. As always, it is a pleasure to meet colleagues from so many countries with whom I share a passion for this area of knowledge.
