On April 12th I will participate in the VII edition of the Smart Energy Congress which will take place in the Palacio Municipal de Congresos in Madrid on the 11th and 12th of April. This time, the congress will focus on the topic of “Digital Transformation, leading Energy Efficiency“.

This annual European congress will bring together more than 500 executives; prestigious consulting firms, energy companies, leaders in the technology industry and large projects, etc. They meet to share their vision and talk about current trends, challenges and opportunities for improving Energy Efficiency in areas such as Cities (Smart Cities), Industries (Smart Industry 4.0) or Data Centers (Smart Data Centers).

All this makes it a can’t-miss event for the BISITE Research Group. On this occasion I will talk about Blockchain, a very topical subject at the moment.  I will talk about the ways in which this technology guarantees security in the distribution of electricity networks.
