I was glad to see the VEGA  laser in its fully functional state. The capabilities of this laser will give new possibilities to future projects.

The call of the Pulsed Laser Center now includes VEGA, the only laser system in Spain which can reach one petawatt of peak power. CLPU makes this laser available to scientists from all over the world, this will allow many projects to make great advances.

The Pulsed Laser Center (CLPU) is now entering a new era. The results of the call will be available soon and user access will start in March 2018. Various national and international proposals have already been received.
