Technology used in the legal field has arrived at the Scientific Park of the University of Salamanca, thanks to an agreement signed with the company “Nivolap, Digital Law and Legaltech”, which specializes in providing legal advice to problems that have a technological element.
This is a new concept that offers support services to clients through a physical office, and at the same time strengthens the concepts of a ‘virtual office’ and ‘zero paper policy’, by using technology to offer legal services through its web page. Among the services offered by this company, what stands out is the protection of data for individuals and businesses; electronic evidence consulting; consulting for startups, tech companies and e-commerce; defense from cybercrime, cybersecurity and technological defense from virtual threats.
Moreover, this company is mentored and supported by Federico Bueno de Mata, professor of Law in USAL, who specializes in the area of electronic evidence. He is the author of numerous articles, and also the director of scientific events in this subject.
At the signing of the accession agreement of the Park, I was accompanied by the persons in charge of ‘Nivolap’ Federico Bueno de Mata, Enrique Nieto Manibardo and José Sánchez Hernández. Welcome!
