Fourth International Meeting of the History of Thought

“Between the Renaissance and Modernity: Francisco Suárez 1548-1617” is the title of this new meeting being held these days in the Faculty of Philosophy.

The Vice-Chancellor for Research and Knowledge Transfer of the University of Salamanca, Juan Manuel Corchado, inaugurated the Conference commemorating the fourth centenary of the death of scholastic philosopher Francisco Suárez. During the inauguration ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor was accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy, Antonio Notario Ruiz, the Director of the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Aesthetics, Pablo García Castillo and by Professor José Luis Fuertes Herreros and Manuel Lázaro Pulido , Members of the organizing committee of the meeting.
