The Science Park, Leader in Knowledge Transfer

The Science Park of the University of Salamanca has managed to double the value of the projects it is developing and is now among the best in the country.

The Science Park, located in the town of Villamayor, is already considered a benchmark at the national level as an engine of economic and business development, as reflected in the report published by La Gaceta of Salamanca. A total of 61 companies are already located within this infrastructure which accommodates a university institute, the CIALE, the Pulse Laser Center and scientific and technical infrastructures.

The report refers to the Research and Knowledge Transfer Plan that includes a strategy to boost the campus, as well as research and innovation, in order to create a Third Generation Park that will strengthen the relationship between the University and industry.
