Creation of Extraordinary Professorship of Agile Methodologies.

This initiative belongs to the Department of Computing and Automation from the Faculty of Science.

The U-Talent Hub from the Scientific Park of the University of Salamanca has hosted the presentation of the Extraordinary Professorship of Agile Methodologies. This has been the proposal made by the University and the Viewnext Company, which is attached to the Department of Computing and Automation in the Faculty of Science.

Our intention is to promote research, development and dissemination of our knowledge in the field of agile methodologies in the management and development of projects, above all, in big organizations with high quality standards. The Viewnext company, situated in the Villamayor Campus, will favor the attraction of more businesses to the Park, so that they can collaborate with the University with the end of boosting research, participating in the teaching and contributing to the creation of employment among students. This is a clear example of what the University does in regards to transfer and full-fledged collaboration in academic institutions and companies.

At the presentation I was accompanied by the general director of Viewnext, José María Pascual y María Moreno García with Endowed Chair at the Department of Computing and Automation of the USAL.
